Transforming Failings into Virtues

Virtues and Failings

Like a wheel with no beginning and no end, failures and virtues are interweaved in the fabric of life. With every cycle we are trusted to a higher expression of ourselves. It is only when we hold too tight to one place in the cycle that we stop growing. There, we only experience misery, even in the mist of our virtues. There, we start losing our humanity.

As we ready ourselves to begin 2016, I invite you to open your mind and heart and be prepared for what this year’s cycle brings to you. To keep your cycle moving uninterrupted from virtues to virtues.

I want to share with you a simple breathing meditation with affirmations to facilitate and ease your heart and mind into gentler and compassionate living.  Close your eyes, inhale slowly with focus in your heart. Exhale slowly and say to yourself, I accept my virtues. Repeat this for a couple of minutes. Slow your breathing to 5 seconds inhale and 5 seconds exhale so that your body can relax and balance the nervous system. Now repeat the breath and say to yourself, I trust by virtues. Repeat this for a couple of minutes. Open your eyes. Continue breathing and say to yourself, I am grateful of my virtues.

Focus Heart Breathing.

“I Accept my Virtues.”

“I Trust my Virtues.”

“I am Grateful of my Virtues.”

The Virtue of a Healthy Lifestyle can only be achieved through Nature. Living Naturally is our Earth given wisdom. The Earth is our connection center. See you there!
